Storage Space Struggle: The Bug Preventing Screenshot Saves on Honor Devices
If you’re an Honor user, you may have encountered the frustrating error message “Couldn’t capture screenshot,” accompanied by the explanation “Can’t save screenshot because you don’t have enough storage space.”
Despite having ample storage space – in my case, 512GB with 300GB free – this issue seems to have affected many Honor users recently, as evidenced by several Reddit posts.
Interestingly, even though the error message appeared, the screenshots were still saved on my device. After a day of dealing with this problem, a simple reboot of my phone seemed to resolve it.
While it’s uncertain whether this is a permanent fix, some users have reported that the problem spontaneously resolved itself. It appears to be a temporary glitch rather than a serious concern.
