New DLC Announcement for Marvel Cosmic Invasion Focuses on Dr. Doom

Tribute Games and Dotemu have recently revealed exciting news for fans of Marvel Cosmic Invasion – a new DLC centered around the notorious villain, Dr. Doom. Although details are scarce at the moment, a teaser image featuring Dr. Doom has been released to pique the interest of players.

The upcoming DLC, titled Marvel Cosmic Invasion: The Siege of Castle Doom, is set to introduce a brand new game mode along with two additional playable characters. While the identities of these new characters remain a mystery, fan favorites like Reed Richards, the Human Torch, and the Invisible Woman have yet to make an appearance in the game.

In a review of Marvel Cosmic Invasion, Adrian expressed his thoughts on the game, stating, “Having found Tribute Games’ previous release, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge, to be one of the best scrolling beat ‘em ups I’d ever played, I had high expectations for Marvel Cosmic Invasion. How could Shredder’s Revenge with Marvel characters go wrong? Sadly, Marvel Cosmic Invasion is entirely OK but fails to be anything more than that.”

As of now, a release date for Marvel Cosmic Invasion: The Siege of Castle Doom has not been announced.
