New Features Coming to Samsung Devices with One UI 9

If you own a Samsung device, exciting new features are on the horizon with the upcoming One UI 9 update. Samsung is highlighting three key features – NowNudge, NowBrief, and My FanCam.

NowNudge is an innovative AI-based feature that enables users to perform context-sensitive actions directly from their chat conversations. Whether discussing an event or a restaurant, you can create calendar entries or make reservations without leaving the chat.

NowBrief provides convenient summaries of relevant content for daily life. From sleep quality to weather updates, upcoming appointments, and podcast recommendations, users can customize the information displayed to suit their preferences.

Introducing ‘My FanCam’, a specialized feature for video recording that ensures the subject is always centered in the frame. The automatic adjustment minimizes camera shake for smoother recordings.

In addition, Samsung is rolling out a new “Warranty and Care” option in the settings menu. This feature allows users to check warranty status for connected devices and run diagnostic checks for any existing issues.

One UI 9 also enhances security and data protection with features like Security Brief, which alerts users to potential risks such as malware, apps from unknown sources, and unnecessary permissions requested by applications.
