Italian game developer 34BigThings has recently unveiled detailed information about five out of the total 17 vehicles that will be available in the highly anticipated Carmageddon: Rogue Shift. Each of these vehicles boasts unique attributes that significantly impact gameplay, offering players a diverse range of options to suit their individual playstyles.

The Eagle GT

First up is the Eagle GT, a versatile muscle car known for its exceptional handling capabilities. This vehicle features sturdy armor and a substantial weight, making it ideal for close combat situations. Armed with a lethal machine gun, the Eagle GT excels in short to mid-range engagements. Its starting perk, Boost Refill, provides players with a valuable boost bottle at the beginning of each race.

The Clunker

The Clunker, the first unlockable vehicle in Carmageddon: Rogue Shift, offers unparalleled durability and defense at the expense of speed. Players piloting this tank-like vehicle should focus on engaging opponents in close-quarters combat using either brute force or the powerful shotgun. The Tank Return perk enhances damage output as the Clunker’s defense improves.

The Firecracker Turbo

For speed enthusiasts, the Firecracker Turbo is the ultimate choice. With top-tier acceleration and speed stats, this vehicle dominates in straight-line sprints. However, maintaining control is crucial to avoid spinning out. Armed with missiles, the Firecracker Turbo can swiftly eliminate rivals on the track. The Magic Number perk grants boost and ammo bonuses on every 7th use.

The SQR-NE55

The SQR-NE55 stands out as the most balanced vehicle in the lineup, offering no standout stats but excelling in versatility. Equipped with a potent laser gun capable of inflicting heavy damage across all ranges, this vehicle is perfect for experienced players. The Whale perk provides upgrade discounts and free restocks, allowing players to customize the SQR-NE55 to suit their preferred playstyle.

The Hawk GT

Boasting top speed, offense, and acceleration, the Hawk GT is a powerhouse on the track. However, its handling leaves much to be desired, requiring skilled maneuvering to harness its full potential. Armed with a high-caliber shotgun, the Hawk GT deals devastating damage to opponents. The Meat Shield perk boosts durability with each defeated opponent, enhancing the vehicle’s resilience.
