BMW M2 CS Takes Center Stage in The Crew Motorfest Video Game
The BMW M2 CS: A Limited-Run Powerhouse
The BMW M2 CS is the most powerful rear-wheel-drive car ever produced by BMW, offering a thrilling driving experience for enthusiasts. While it comes at a hefty price, there is now a more accessible way to experience this high-performance vehicle – virtually, in the video game The Crew Motorfest.
Launched in mid-2025, the M2 CS quickly gained attention for its impressive performance and limited availability. Priced at €115,000 in Germany and $99,775 in the United States, it is a special edition model with production limited to fewer than 2,000 units. Deliveries started in Q3 of the same year, with production scheduled to end in July.
The M2 CS stands out with its unique features, such as the retro-inspired ducktail spoiler and the striking 827M forged wheels finished in matte gold bronze. While the trailer video showcases the model in Individual Velvet Blue, BMW offers other color options like M Brooklyn Grey, M Portimao Blue, and Sapphire Black.
In addition to the M2 CS, BMW has introduced other iconic models to The Crew Motorfest, including the M Hybrid V8 endurance race car and the legendary 3.0 CSL (E9), known as the Batmobile. The virtual garage also welcomes new additions from other prestigious brands like Ferrari, Lamborghini, and Zenvo.
For BMW enthusiasts who enjoy video games, the recent announcements have been exciting. While Forza Horizon 6 features a few BMW models, the upcoming release promises a diverse selection of over 550 vehicles, including the M3 E30 and the M2 F87. Updates for the real-world M2 are also on the horizon, with an optional Track Package set to launch in 2026 and the anticipated introduction of the M2 xDrive model.
Stay tuned for more updates from BMW M as they continue to push the boundaries of performance and innovation in the automotive industry.
