Enhanced Gemini Features and Lockscreen Upgrades Unveiled for Pixel Phones – Expert Recommendations
Gemini App Introduces Experimental Device Help Feature
A recent leak shared by Telegram user Brokenthrone with Android Authority reveals a new experimental feature within the Gemini app known as Device Help. This feature aims to simplify troubleshooting for users by allowing them to describe their phone issues in natural language, eliminating the need to navigate through the Settings menu.
Rather than providing generic advice, Gemini accesses the device’s settings based on the user’s description of the problem. For instance, a Pixel user stating “My screen is too yellow” prompts Gemini to identify the Night Light feature as the likely cause.

This innovative approach marks a significant advancement as Gemini directly interacts with the device’s settings to provide tailored solutions. The feature, currently in the Labs phase of development, shows promising potential for enhancing user experience.
With Google’s recent announcement of discontinuing Google Assistant by September 4, Gemini is set to play a more integral role in the Pixel ecosystem. As Gemini continues to evolve, users can anticipate a more seamless and personalized support experience.
