While the launch of the Google Home Speaker is imminent, with a projected release in spring 2026, recent clues in code suggest the development of a second model, possibly the Google Home Display.

Aaron, an analyst at MacRumors, has identified references to the Google Home Display within the list of devices in the Google Home app for iOS.

Although details are scarce, the potential introduction of the Google Home Display aligns with the branding strategy of the Google Home Speaker.

Google’s previous smart display releases, such as the Nest Hub (gen 2) in 2021, have not seen recent updates, making the anticipation for a new model high.
