The consolidation of Prime Gaming, Amazon Game Studios, and Luna into a single entity signals a shift towards catering to a more casual audience.

Rather than directly competing with hardcore gamers immersed in MMOs and shooters, Amazon aims to target Prime Video users who enjoy streaming movies, TV shows, and sports. This approach leverages the existing user base to introduce gaming content seamlessly into their entertainment experience.

While Luna was already included in Prime membership, users in the US and UK now have direct access to it through Prime Video. This integration allows players to enjoy titles like Dispatch, Fallout 4, Hogwarts Legacy, EA Sports FC 26, and Clue without the need for additional subscriptions.
