Bovensiepen has unveiled the configurator for its exclusive Zagato coupe, revealing a starting price of €369,495, including VAT. Limited to a production run of 99 units worldwide, the first deliveries are scheduled for the third quarter of 2026.
The Bovensiepen Zagato is a meticulously crafted Gran Turismo developed through a collaboration between the Buchloe-based company and the renowned Milanese design house Zagato. Constructed predominantly from carbon fiber, each Zagato undergoes over 250 hours of meticulous assembly, comprising more than 400 individual components.
Harnessing the Power of the S58 Engine
Beneath its lightweight carbon hood, the Zagato houses a reengineered BMW S58 3.0-liter twin-turbo inline-six powerplant, generating an impressive 611 hp and 700 Nm of torque. The acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h is achieved in just 3.3 seconds, with a top speed exceeding 300 km/h. Featuring a 22 kg titanium Akrapovič exhaust system, the Zagato promises a thrilling driving experience.
Prospective buyers can personalize their Zagato via the newly launched bovensiepen-configurator.com, offering a myriad of customization options, including the luxurious Lavalina full leather interior, carbon fiber exterior accents, and bespoke colored brake calipers with engraved Bovensiepen branding.
A Unique Take on the BMW M4 Convertible

Unveiled at the Fuori Concorso event in May 2025, the Bovensiepen Zagato reimagines the G83 BMW M4 Convertible by incorporating a brand-new carbon fiber body, eliminating the B-pillars for a sleek coupe silhouette. Retaining the original BMW structure ensures both safety and structural integrity, while shedding approximately 50 kg compared to the G83 model due to the removal of the convertible’s heavy roof mechanism.
Manufactured entirely in Buchloe, the Zagato represents the inaugural model from Bovensiepen, with plans for additional models currently in progress.
The Legacy of the Bovensiepen Family and ALPINA
Familiar to enthusiasts of high-performance BMWs, the Bovensiepen family’s legacy extends back to the founding of ALPINA by Burkard Bovensiepen. Following BMW’s acquisition of ALPINA, Andreas Bovensiepen spearheaded the development of the Zagato, marking a new chapter in the family’s automotive endeavors.
Experience an exclusive ride in the Bovensiepen Zagato, a testament to craftsmanship and innovation.
