Surprise Reveal: The Truth Behind the C9 Corvette ‘Leak’
The Truth Behind the C9 Corvette “Leak”
Excitement is building around the highly anticipated next-generation Chevrolet Corvette, but recent rumors surrounding a supposed C9 Corvette “leak” have been debunked.
As the C8 model nears its end, enthusiasts are eagerly awaiting the arrival of the C9, especially with the introduction of the latest Grand Sport. Any hint of what’s to come sparks discussions among fans.
Recently, images claiming to reveal the design of the upcoming Corvette surfaced online, supposedly from a brief glimpse in an NBC News video featuring General Motors CEO Mary Barra. However, the car shown is not the C9 Corvette but the Corvette CX Concept, unveiled during Monterey Car Week the previous year.
Chevrolet has clarified that the design seen in the video belongs to the CX Concept and not the actual successor to the C8 model.

While the CX Concept may offer some insight into the future direction of the Corvette, the true design of the C9 remains a mystery for now.
