New Unicorn! Humanoid secures €133 million at €1.1 billion valuation to scale industrial robotics and physical AI

Humanoid, a Leading AI and Robotics Company, Secures €133 Million in Series A Financing

Humanoid, a prominent AI and robotics company specializing in industrial humanoid robots, has recently announced a significant milestone in its journey. The company has successfully secured a €133 million ($152 million) Series A financing round, valuing the company at €1.1 billion ($1.35 billion) post-money – solidifying its position as Europe’s newest unicorn.

This latest funding round brings Humanoid’s total amount raised to an impressive €236 million ($270 million) to date. The round was led by Prime Movers Lab, with participation from key investors such as Schaeffler, Bosch, Fubon Financial Holding Venture Capital, and Aglaé Ventures.

According to Artem Sokolov, Founder and CEO of Humanoid, “In just two years, we’ve made significant strides in establishing ourselves as Europe’s first pure-play humanoid robotics unicorn. Our partnerships with leading industrial companies and the development of a robust pipeline showcase our commitment to innovation. This funding will enable us to accelerate our growth and transform humanoid robots into essential industrial tools.”

Humanoid’s Series A funding aligns with the broader influx of capital into European physical AI, industrial robotics, and warehouse automation in 2026. This trend underscores the growing interest and investment in innovative technologies reshaping traditional industries.

Notable rounds include substantial investments in companies like Germany’s NEURA Robotics, Stuttgart-based Sereact, Barcelona-based THEKER, London-based Encord, Norway- and US-based Trener Robotics, UK-based Dexory, Warsaw-based Nomagic, and Budapest-based Allonic. When combined with Humanoid’s funding, these investments total up to approximately €1.60 billion, highlighting the significant momentum in the sector.

Prime Movers Lab’s General Partner, Zia Huque, believes that humanoid robotics will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of commercial and industrial operations. Huque anticipates a consolidation of the field around a select group of category leaders, with Humanoid positioned as a key player defining humanoid robotics in Europe and beyond.
