I have had the opportunity to review multiple Mobile Pixels monitors in the past, including the Mobile Pixels Duex Max Portable Monitor, Mobile Pixels Trio, and competing products like the Aura Displays Triple Aero 15.6 Pro Max.

While I appreciated the previous models from Mobile Pixels, I was never a fan of attaching magnets to the back of my laptop. However, the Duex Float 2 Pro offers a different approach. This portable monitor is not a side screen but instead sits above your laptop monitor. While you can still attach magnets for a secure fit, the Duex Float 2 Pro can also stand freely on its own. Essentially, it functions as an independent portable monitor that sits above your laptop, opening up the possibility of pairing it with two other freestanding portable monitors for a 4-display setup.
