European Startup Convergence: The MeOut Summit in Budapest
The inaugural
MeOut Summit
is set to take place in Budapest on 25-26 November. The primary objective of this event is to bolster Europe’s innovation ecosystem and elevate the continent’s global competitiveness. With the participation of over 1,000 entrepreneurs, startup enthusiasts, corporates, angel investors, VCs, and media representatives, the two-day summit promises a rich program of enlightening talks and valuable networking opportunities.
Organized by MeOut, the team behind EU-Startups, in partnership with the Global Startup Awards, this summit brings together key players from across Europe and beyond for a dynamic exchange of ideas, networking, and collaboration in the heart of Central Europe.
The venue for the event is Akvárium Klub, a renowned cultural center in Budapest situated at Erzsébet Square. Its distinctive glass roof and central location make it a fitting setting for the MeOut Summit’s debut edition.
Anticipating over 1,000 attendees, the summit will feature a packed agenda with 50+ speakers spread across two full days. Additionally, a pre-event hackathon will kick off the summit, offering multiple opportunities for participants to engage and collaborate.
The program includes keynote presentations, panel discussions, structured networking sessions on the main stage, and the Central European Startup Awards Regional Finale, recognizing the top startups from Central and Eastern Europe.

– AI expert and entrepreneur with a background in multi-agent systems. - Lech Kaniuk
– Co-founder of SunRoof and a serial entrepreneur. - Marius Istrate
– Partner at 3VC, a European venture capital firm. - Domagoj Dolinsek
– Founder of PlanRadar, a platform for construction project management.
These speakers will engage in fireside chats and panel discussions covering topics such as global expansion strategies, scaling SaaS startups internationally, navigating the evolution from pre-seed to Series A funding, and the impact of AI on product development.
The summit is designed to facilitate meaningful connections and transform conversations into valuable opportunities for all participants.
