Fallout Franchise Celebrates Milestones with Exciting Announcements

Bethesda Game Studios commemorated Fallout Day with a slew of updates on the beloved Fallout franchise, highlighting the significant milestones the series has achieved over the years. To mark its 10th anniversary, the company thrilled fans by announcing the upcoming release of Fallout 4: Anniversary Edition on 10th November, with a Switch 2 version slated for 2026. Additionally, a physical 15th-anniversary bundle for Fallout: New Vegas is in the works, further exciting the fanbase.

Inspired by the success of Skyrim: Anniversary Edition, the highly anticipated Fallout 4: Anniversary Edition will bundle the base game along with all official add-ons and over 150 mods of Creation Club content. This curated collaboration aims to bridge the gap between the original developers and the passionate modding community, offering an enhanced gaming experience. Players can look forward to accessing these creations through the new in-game Creations menu, simplifying the process of discovering and downloading mods.

The Fallout 4: Anniversary Edition is set to launch on Xbox Series X|S, PS5, Xbox One, PS4, and PC later this year, with a release for Switch 2 planned for 2026. Existing platform users can also upgrade to the Anniversary Edition, with special upgrade options available for Game Pass and PS Plus subscribers.

As Fallout: New Vegas reaches its 15th anniversary milestone, Bethesda has introduced a special physical Fallout: New Vegas 15th Anniversary Bundle, which has quickly become a hot commodity on the Bethesda Gear Store. The bundle includes exclusive items such as the Fallout: New Vegas: Ultimate Edition PC Code, a Victor Statue, Doc Mitchell’s Evaluation Cards, a Vault Boy Enamel Pin, Mojave Express Patch, NCR Recon Patch, and a Collector’s Big Box, offering fans a nostalgic trip down memory lane.

Excitingly, native PS5 and Xbox Series X|S versions of the game are in the pipeline for a release next year, promising enhanced gameplay experiences.

Additionally, Fallout Shelter is receiving a series of new updates in the form of Seasons, inspired by Vault-Tec’s experiments. These limited-time Vaults will provide players with unique challenges and rewards as they progress through different milestones, adding a refreshing twist to the popular mobile game.
