Ferrari to Unveil New Track-Only Supercar

Ferrari is gearing up to reveal a brand new track-only supercar next month. The highly anticipated unveiling will take place during Ferrari Racing Days at the Hungaroring, located near Budapest, on September 13, 2026.

296 GTB-Based Model Spotted Testing

The upcoming supercar, based on the 296 GTB platform, was recently spotted undergoing rigorous testing at the Fiorano test track in Maranello. Speculations are rife that the new model might bear the moniker of either 296 GT Modificata or 296 Challenge EVO.

Impressive Design Elements

The spy shots from the testing session showcase a significantly modified version of the 296 GTB. The car features a sculpted front bumper with a sizable splitter, accompanied by canards on each side and a potential S-duct. Moreover, it boasts louvres on the front fenders and prominently flared rear wheel arches with substantial intakes.
