All-new Bentley Continental GT Supersports: Lighter, Faster & Sharper

The Bentley Continental GT Supersports: A Closer Look

Experience the return of the Supersports as Bentley unveils its latest performance-driven grand tourer – the Continental GT Supersports.

Featuring a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine, the new Continental GT Supersports boasts 657 hp and 590 lb-ft of torque, delivering enhanced speed and agility. Unlike its counterpart, the GT Speed, this model foregoes hybrid assistance and channels power to the rear axle through an 8-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.

By eliminating the bulky hybrid system and all-wheel drive, the car sheds 1,000 lbs compared to the GT Speed, resulting in impressive performance metrics such as a 0-62 mph time of 3.7 seconds and a top speed of 192 mph.

The Supersports is equipped with advanced features including a double-wishbone suspension in the front, a multi-link setup in the rear, Bentley’s 48-volt electronic anti-roll system, electronic limited-slip differential, torque brake vectoring, and rear wheel steering. These enhancements enhance cornering capabilities, surpassing the standard GT Speed.

Externally, the Supersports flaunts a distinctive carbon fiber body kit, featuring an aggressive front bumper, side skirts, a diffuser, and a fixed spoiler. Complementing the look are 22-inch lightweight forged wheels. Inside, the car showcases lightweight sports seats and reduced insulation, with rear seats omitted for weight reduction.
