The Emmys Find a New Home on Amazon Prime Video
Amazon has secured the rights to host the Emmys for the next six years, marking a significant shift from traditional broadcast television to the streaming platform. The announcement of this groundbreaking deal between the awards show and Amazon has garnered attention for its hefty price tag, with reports indicating that Amazon paid approximately $20-25 million per year, totaling over $120 million for the entire contract duration.
