After seven years of development, Paralives is out in early access

Exciting News: Paralives Early Access Release

The highly anticipated early access release of Paralives is finally here! Originally announced in 2019 by solo developer Alex Massé, the game has now evolved with the formation of a small studio. While it may not yet match the polish of its inspiration and competitor, The Sims, there is still plenty to explore and enjoy in this early access version.

One of the key features of Paralives is its intricate character building system, allowing players to make micro adjustments to their Paras. In addition, players can engage in house building, decorating, and exploring a vibrant world filled with opportunities to make friends, find love, or even encounter foes. From securing jobs to starting families, the possibilities are endless in this virtual life simulation.

Although some features like weather and animals are currently missing from the game, Paralive Studios has outlined a roadmap promising their addition within the first two years of early access. Future updates will also introduce vehicles, family trees, a calendar system, town editing tools, and engaging story elements for non-player characters, all of which will be provided at no additional cost.

For years, Massé has relied on Patreon for funding the game’s development. In a recent announcement, the team expressed gratitude to their supporters and excitement for the game’s launch. As Paralives enters the gaming scene, the Patreon subscriptions will be discontinued, but all previously exclusive content will be accessible to everyone.

Players can now purchase Paralives at a discounted launch price on Steam, marking the beginning of an exciting new chapter for the game and its growing community. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to experience this innovative life simulation firsthand!
