In this update, a formidable new enemy has emerged – the Hive of Glass ship. This powerful vessel is equipped with nearly impenetrable defenses, including a swarm of smaller battle drones that protect it. To take down this threat, players must first defeat the drones to reach and target the ship’s main weapon system, which boasts the largest laser cannon ever seen.
Players will need to work together to overcome this challenge, as it will require a combined community effort to succeed. The ‘raveller soul has been split into three factions – the royal, the sage, and the weaver – each competing for glory while cooperating to defeat the swarm. Engage in intense battles with drones, analyze wreckage, and strategize on how to sabotage the enemy.
Hello Games is calling on all pilots with fully kitted out S-class ships to join the fight and prove their skills. Expedition 22, as this update is known, will last for approximately 8 weeks, spanning from June to July.
