On the surface, it appears to be a straightforward transaction: access to the lab in exchange for a handsome payout. However, nothing in the Zone is ever uncomplicated.

Looking ahead to the upcoming Cost of Hope expansion, players will be drawn back into the Zone to experience a new chapter revolving around the conflict between the Duty and Freedom factions. Players will continue to embody Skif, the protagonist from STALKER 2, with the Cost of Hope DLC seamlessly integrated into the main game’s open world, freeform gameplay.

Cost of Hope will introduce players to two new regions to explore: the Chornobyl Nuclear Power Plant, beckoning stalkers once more, and the intricate Iron Forest, a labyrinthine network of paths and uncharted territories.
