Forza Horizon 6 is being delayed on PS5 to January 2027

Exciting News for Racing Fans: Forza Horizon 6 Release Date Delayed to January 26th, 2027

In a recent update from Playground Games, the highly anticipated arrival of Forza Horizon 6 on the PS5 has been postponed. Originally slated for release in 2026, the game will now officially launch on January 26th, 2027. This news comes after previous reports indicated a delay until early next year.

New Features and Expansion for Forza Horizon 6

Despite the delay, Playground Games has exciting plans for the PS5 version of Forza Horizon 6. Alongside the game’s release, a new expansion will be introduced, offering players additional content and challenges. Additionally, a Premium Edition of the game will be available, providing up to five days of early access before the official launch date.

Cross-Platform Availability and Previous Success

Forza Horizon 6 made its debut on Xbox and PC earlier this year, garnering significant attention from racing enthusiasts. The upcoming expansion will not only be accessible on the PS5 but also on other platforms in January. Building on the success of its predecessor, Forza Horizon 5, which was well-received on the PS5 after its release on the platform last year, the latest installment promises to deliver an immersive racing experience for players across various consoles.
