A leaked image from prominent Samsung insider Ice Universe provides strong evidence of a tribute in the works. The image showcases cases for the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S27 lineup, which includes the Samsung Galaxy S27, S27+, S27 Pro, and S27 Ultra.

Of particular interest are the Samsung Galaxy S27 Ultra and the new Samsung Galaxy S27 Pro. While the S27 and S27+ closely resemble their predecessors, the Ultra and Pro models are taking a different design approach.

These new models align with recent renders shared on Android Headlines.

Is Samsung’s design innovation slowing down?

The rectangular camera module on the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S27 models bears a resemblance to Apple’s “camera plateau” seen on the iPhone 17 Pro.

It’s worth noting the similarities to Xiaomi 17 Pro models, including their screens, which were released around the same time. However, Samsung seems to draw inspiration primarily from Apple in this case.
