Aston Martin’s Track Car Spotted Testing at Circuit Paul Ricard

Aston Martin’s latest single-seater track car was recently seen undergoing testing at Circuit Paul Ricard in France. The car, draped in a camouflage pattern of green, black, and grey, is in the midst of its testing phase.

This Aston Martin track car boasts an extreme aerodynamic package, evident in its design elements. From a massive front splitter to sculpted bodywork and a fin-like structure above the F1-inspired halo, the car screams aerodynamic efficiency. The rear wing and aggressive diffuser further enhance its performance, while the low ride height indicates a thorough focus on downforce.

Drawing inspiration from the Valkyrie AMR Pro, this track car features a single-seat cockpit, roof-mounted engine intake, and a shark fin leading towards the rear wing. Its presence at Circuit Paul Ricard indicates ongoing testing by Aston Martin engineers.

Speculations suggest that this track-only hypercar could deliver approximately 1,200 horsepower and potentially outperform Formula 1 cars on circuits. While these figures are not confirmed, the car’s design and features certainly hint at its high-performance capabilities.
