Exclusive: Samsung Galaxy S27 Ultra and Pro Camera Details Leaked by Tech Advisor
Samsung is rumored to be releasing a smaller and more affordable version of its Galaxy S26 Ultra, with some hardware downgrades expected.
Recent reports suggest that the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S27 Ultra might not feature the secondary telephoto camera that has been a staple in the Ultra series for years.
Renowned Samsung leaker Ice Universe has revealed that the Galaxy S27 Ultra will likely have only one telephoto camera, a 50Mp 5x unit, with no second telephoto camera.
What a Pro
According to South Korea’s ETNews, this change is said to be an effort to reduce manufacturing costs due to the rising costs of components in 2026.
Samsung, like other smartphone manufacturers, has been facing challenges in keeping prices competitive while offering significant upgrades in specifications.
It remains to be seen whether these changes will result in a price freeze for the Galaxy S27 models compared to the previous Galaxy S26 lineup.
