Ferrari Luce sees strong demand in Thailand amid global criticism

Thailand Embraces Ferrari Luce: A Look at the First Electric Vehicle from the Italian Brand

Unveiled recently, the Ferrari Luce has stirred up global controversy due to its design and the potential shift in direction for the iconic Italian automaker. However, the response in Thailand tells a different story. Reports indicate a growing demand for Ferrari’s inaugural electric vehicle, well before its scheduled deliveries in late 2027.

Exclusive to Thailand through Cavallino Motors, the official Ferrari partner in the country, the Luce is anticipated to carry a price tag of approximately 33.84 million baht, exceeding its European price of €550,000. Despite the premium cost, interest from potential buyers remains high, with the allure of Ferrari’s first EV driving strong anticipation.

Ferrari’s Luce boasts a proprietary 122 kWh NMC battery developed at Maranello, offering a claimed range of over 530 km and a DC fast-charging capacity of 350 kW.

The interior of the Luce is characterized by a minimalist yet luxurious design, emphasizing clarity and driver engagement. With clean aesthetics, well-organized controls, and a dashboard layout that prioritizes essential information, the cabin reflects Ferrari’s commitment to a refined driving experience.

While the Ferrari Luce may deviate from the traditional aesthetics and sound of a typical Ferrari, this departure seems intentional. As critics worldwide continue to analyze and critique, buyers in Thailand are already showing confidence in the Luce as they eagerly await its arrival.
